What We Fix

We will fix your choice of three indoor and three outdoor problems, whether it may be touch up paint, small nicks or cracks, paint a room or two, replace a spindle on the stairway, check and fix squeaky door hinge, or fix a door that might not be clearing the carpeting enough, you show us your problems and we can take care of them fast.

Why do I need a Home Maintenance Agreement?

  • The Home Maintenance Agreement is your insurance that we will continue our job after we have visited your home and performed complete remodels, or repairs.
  • You will have documentation of maintenance on the repairs in your home in case you decide to sell the home.
  • If you do sell your home the remaining visits can be transferred to a new homeowner.
  • Regular maintenance improves your home efficiency thus adding internal value to your home.
